Hello Beauties! This monday just gone (19th October) saw the third Norwich Bloggers event (#NRWBLOGGERS) hosted by the wonderful "Norwich Bloggers" or better known as Justine, Courtney and Hannah. It was held at 'Aroma Norwich', a friendly and warm welcoming cafe/bar located on upper King Street. I was so excited for the event. Ever since the first one (and second that I did want to blog about but unfortunately I changed the settings on my new camera by accident, meaning non of the pictures where compatible with my MacBook! -cry face-) it has totally inspired me to really try with my blog and YouTube. The buzz that you get from meeting others that have the same interests as you is insane and you learn so much too that you may not have had the chance to learn without! So I was uber excited for this one and couldn't wait to see everyone again.
Soon later the first of two makeup halloween themed demonstrations by MUA Charlie Long began. She created this beautiful pink eye with matching lips and was very thorough in what she was saying, talking us through every step whilst giving us tips and showing us each product used along the way. I learnt that when applying eyeliner to clients, getting them to look certain directions enables you to get right into the inner corners of the eyes, something that I always struggle with when putting eyeliner on people. Not only this but I have now created a list of: MAC, Urban Decay and god knows what else that I now 'need'.
After the first demo was complete we had a short break where more beauty talk took place. It was so nice to be able to chat and find out about products and brands that I haven't used or heard of. It was also a great opportunity to meet other bloggers including my event buddy Amii (who again has added so many products to my ever growing list of 'I need to buy'). This also gave me a chance to take a sneak peak at the amazing goodie bag and I can say now I was definitely not disappointed!
Then began the last look which saw Charlie turning Courtney into the fabulous 'Poison Ivy' - a glittery masterpiece that was not only creative but applied beautifully-. I loved the colours she used and how Charlie created a green/red lip by just layering products making it look effortless.
I left shortly after the look was completed, by this time it was already 9pm and I had to walk back to my car which I left at work (Im that person thats constantly worrying someone is going to mug her when it gets dark). I left the event feeling so excited to write up this post, to share the feeling of how amazing a blogger event makes you feel. It's bad that theres a few that only go to these types of event for the 'free stuff', but to me its so much more. Its about knowing you belong to a community of people that share the same passion as you, the same goals, the same love. Its about that 'buzz' of wanting to better yourself and your blog, realising its full potential. You pick up so many amazing tips and things that like I said previously you may not find out on your own. Not just that but you meet these fascinating people that you instantly feel a connection with. I am so grateful for all the hard work the 'Norwich Bloggers' girls put in to these events or any organisers. If you ever get the chance to go, I would recommend it so much!
When I got home it gave me a proper chance to look through the goodie bag I received. As you can see from the pictures there are some amazing brands that contributed.

So thats it guys! My rundown of the #NRWBLOGGERS Norwich October Blogger Event. It was a great evening and I cant wait to see everyone again at the Christmas meal!
