I have literally been debating on whether or not to buy from Freedom Professional London since when they first got announced. Im not 100% sure what was the put off point, maybe the fact I don't trust cheap brands that much, or the fact for me it's online only. (and who isn't sceptical with buying online especially when it comes down to the colouring of things!) But after reading Daisy's blog post and seeing how amazing her eyebrows looked, I thought it was about time I finally took the plunge.
So what did I pick?
After looking through the site and reading endless amount of blogs to find the perfect colours, I finally settled on these 6 items. Lucky for me at the time there was a decent discount code if you spent over £30 meaning I paid just over £26 with free delivery! Which to be fair isn't too shabby.
L-R Freedom London Pro Studio Brush Bath, Freedom London Pro Studio Fixing Spray, Freedom London Pro Studio Priming Water, Freedom London Brow Promade, Freedom London Brow Powder and Freedom London Pro Contour Stick.
So lets talk brows.. These products are meant to be dupes for Anastasia Beverley Hills Brow Promade (Which I do own so keep eye out for a comparison post soon) and Brow Powder. I ended up getting the shades Auburn in the powder and Dark Brown in the promade in hope it would match. Im pretty pleased with the colour to be fair! I have what now has turned into a ginger kind of ombre/alot of roots so its always hard to find a good match for my brows.
Then the not so exciting bits. (I always think make up its self over actual product is always a lot more fun) I've been wanting to try some kind of soap to clean my beauty blender so thought I'de test out the brush bath - A huge soap that you swirl your brushes in to deep clean! Then some more dupes. The Priming water is a dupe for the Smash Box priming water that literally every YouTuber and their mum have been raving about (To me It kind of fascinates and confuses me the whole concept). You spray it on similar to MAC Fix+ to hydrate and help make up last and glide on better. Then lastly the Setting spray in Anti Shine. I have a super oily face and over the past couple of weeks have been loving using my setting spray from Avon to literally drench on my skin in hope that it will stay put. They are also amazing at putting a little bit more 'life' in to your makeup, eliminating any cakey look.
So that's it. That's everything I got. I ordered on the Sunday night, items where dispatched on the Friday and delivered the following Monday. It wasn't super quick, but I suppose if your not in a huge hurry then it doesn't matter too much. I think I would deffo like to try more products I'm just not 100% sure what!
